Ah….the calm before the storm that is Red Sox Nation and another season full of hope and promise to be able to relive the season of ‘04 and win another World Series!

This year will be really different for me as a Red Sox fan, since I now live 3,000 miles away from the team in Phoenix. I’m still on the fence on buying the extra innings package from DirecTV or MLB.tv so I can watch the games on the web. The plus though is that most night games will begin here at 4pm local time….so the game will be over by 7-7:30 every night. No more late games on their west coast road trips!

I’ll let you know how I’m dong rooting for my team everyday from so far away!
